We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our cancellation policy. If the Event is Canceled by the Host: In the event that the host cancels the event for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. If a Participant Cancels: Cancellations made up to one day before the event will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made on the day of the event (or no-shows) are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
